Is this bundle right for my dog's size?
The treats are built for medium dogs, roughly 12–18kg. Whimzees Medium suits dogs 12–18kg, Greenies Regular suits 11–22kg, and the Starmark Everlasting Treat Medium is sized for dogs 7–18kg.
The KONG Squeezz Dental Bone is 15cm long. Only choose toys larger than your dog's mouth, and consider their grip strength and play style — it is not recommended for big biters.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Standard shipping is included in the $89 price, anywhere in Australia. There's no minimum to hit and nothing added at checkout.
We dispatch from Melbourne within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after that. If you're in a hurry, Express (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for $15. You'll get tracking by email once it ships.

Is the KONG a chew toy?
No. It's an interactive toy, designed to be used with you — fetch, chase, and stuffing the grooves with treats or paste.
Don't leave it out for your dog to work on alone. Inspect it regularly, take it away if it's damaged or your dog tries to swallow pieces, and replace it once worn. No dog toy is indestructible.
Do dental treats replace brushing or vet care?
No. Dental treats are designed to complement a balanced diet and regular veterinary dental care, not to replace either. If you have concerns about your dog's teeth or gums, speak to your vet.
What if my dog doesn't like one of the treats?
Because most of the box is food, we can't accept change-of-mind returns — once a pack leaves us we can't resell it, and that's a health and safety line we won't cross.
It's part of why we built a bundle rather than selling single packs. Dogs are fussy, and if one texture doesn't land there are others in the box.
What if it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?
Email us your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll replace it or refund you in full — your choice.
You won't pay return postage. In most cases we won't even ask you to send it back — for food products the photo is enough. If we do need the item returned, we cover the cost.
